The KUHP Akademie offers the corresponding practical training. A practical fire extinguishing exercise using handheld extinguishers is part of the seminar.

Physicochemical basics of combustion and extinguishing
Preventive fire protection in buildings
Goals, organisation and methods of occupational fire protection
DIN 14096: Fire protection regulations Parts A – C

Fire alarm systems; labeling
Defensive fire protection: behaviour in a fire, fire fighting with extinguishers
Personal hazards from fires and personal protective measures
Rescue of persons and initiation of building evacuation; escape routes
Alarm, instruction and support of emergency services (e.g., fire brigade)
Fire extinguishing drill (practical instruction)
Prerequisites No special prerequisites are required to participate in this course.

Certificate “Fire Protection and Evacuation Assistant” from KUHP Academy (nationwide recognition in germany)
